A curious case has emerged at school: the beloved 1cm maths cubes have mysteriously vanished. Mr. McManus, who first noticed the disappearance, launched a thorough search — even beginning to suspect he might be the one who misplaced them. Despite many well-meaning reminders to “check the cupboard,” the cubes remain missing. The investigation continues, with all clues welcome!

The Student-Led Conferences in Primary took place on March 28th. The Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten students eagerly prepared themselves and their classroom for this special event. After discussing the day’s significance, they created invitations for their parents and made teacher badges to wear for the occasion. The Senior Kindergarten students celebrated International Women’s Day on March 8th 2025 by thinking of important women and girls that have enriched and inspired their lives. We discussed important women in history that have paved the way for other women to progress and succeed.  The students drew portraits of the women they chose and explained the reasons for their choice.

Inspired by the recent spring weather, the Chess Club have once again moved the chess table outside, making the most of the sunshine during breaks and lunchtimes. The table, which was generously donated by the PTA last year, quickly became a popular spot for students to gather, play, and watch games, right up until the colder weather brought activities indoors.

During our outdoor learning sessions, the Senior Kindergarten Class engaged in an exciting project to create shelters for hedgehogs and insect hotels. Drawing inspiration from various pictures, students brainstormed the essential elements their shelters needed and carefully considered their placement.
