Middle Eastern and Indian Cooking Classes

The second staff cooking class offered by the PTA this year was taught by PTA president Marwa. It featured an assortment of Middle Eastern dishes, including mujadara, tabbouleh, hummus, eggplant fatteh and Marwa’s secret chicken recipe. We appreciated Marwa’s explanation of her culture and stories from her home in Jordan.

The third class was again taught by Padmaja. We learned how to make 2 types of dosas and tried our hand at folding samosas.
