As part of the transdisciplinary theme ‘How the World Works’, the Grade 1 and Grade 2 students recently showcased their science projects in an exciting science fair that was attended by parents and other members of the school community.
Working collaboratively in groups, they explored a topic that sparked their curiosity, following the scientific method from forming a question and making a hypothesis to conducting experiments, recording results and drawing conclusions.
The students confidently shared their findings and explained their process with great enthusiasm. It was a wonderful celebration of inquiry based learning and we are very proud of our young scientists.
