La semaine du goût

La semaine du goût (makon ɗanɗana) wani taron mako ne wanda makarantun Faransa ke shirya kowace shekara a watan Oktoba. Wannan makon dama ce ta biki da kuma koyan abubuwa da dama na abinci.

Daliban aji na 9 da 10 sun mayar da hankali kan cakulan a wannan shekara. A cikin darussa na Faransanci, sun yi tunani game da abin da suka sani game da koko: asalinsa, tarihinsa, yadda ake nome shi, yadda ake canza shi zuwa cakulan, yadda ake amfani da shi. Amma babban manufar ita ce yawo a cikin lambuna da ɗanɗano kayan lambu. Mun koyi game da noman abinci mai gina jiki, yadda bambancin halittu ke da mahimmanci don girma lafiya kuma mun lura da yadda tsaba ke zama furanni sannan 'ya'yan itace. Mun yi magana game da bambancin kayan lambu, kuma mun gano cewa, wani lokacin muna cin 'ya'yan itace, wani lokacin saiwoyi da sauran lokutan ganye. Daliban sun ji daɗin ɗanɗanon kokwamba. Wasu daga cikin ganyen sun kasance masu ɗaci, yayin da wasu suna da daɗi!

Mun yi la'akari da gaskiyar cewa 'ya'yan itatuwa sun bambanta da kayan lambu saboda suna girma a kan bishiyoyi amma wasu kayan lambu kuma suna da iri a cikinsu, kamar 'ya'yan itatuwa, kuma suna girma daga furanni bayan an gurbata su, godiya ga kwari masu lalata.

Mun kuma gano cewa yana yiwuwa a shuka kayan lambu a cikin ruwa maimakon ƙasa. Duk da cewa tsohuwar dabara ce, ana ɗaukarta wata sabuwar hanyar noma. Ana amfani da wasu ciyayi da ke cikin ruwa azaman tacewa don tabbatar da cewa ruwan bai yi kyau ba.

Duk wannan iska mai dadi ya sa mu cikin yunwa, don haka muka ci abincin rana a wurin kafin mu koma makaranta. Hanya ce mai kyau don cin gajiyar yanayin rana na Oktoba!
