ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំក្នុងខែតុលា “la semaine du goût” ត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសបារាំង។ នៅក្នុង ISL នាយកដ្ឋានបារាំងតែងតែព្យាយាមរកវិធីដើម្បីអបអរ ហើយឆ្នាំនេះក៏មិនមានករណីលើកលែងដែរ។ ប្រធានបទនៅឆ្នាំនេះគឺរបៀបដែល 5 របស់យើង។ senses are engaged during the eating experience. To demonstrate this, we challenged students (and staff!) to guess flavours of various coloured jellies. Without the “right” colour and texture of the food, it was very challenging to recognise flavours. Primary students tried the experiment with yogurts to test their sense of smell while trying to identify herbs and spices. It was great fun for all and produced some very interesting reactions!
