The staff in ISL are firm believers in lifelong learning and strive to keep up with world wide developments in the best educational practice, modern technology and the syllabuses they deliver. We participate in workshops and conferences run by our supervisory body, the IBO, specialist organisations of which we are members (ECIS; ELSA) as well as using our internal expertise for regular in-service training.
